On Your First Visit
When you visit Dr. LaStarza’s office for the first time, you will be asked to fill out a Patient Information form which includes questions about your overall health and specific health problems you may have. In addition, you will have a consultation with Dr. LaStarza, who will then perform a physical, orthopedic, and neurological examination. Depending on the results of your consultation and examination, x-rays may be necessary. Other tests may also be requested. Based upon the examination and findings, Dr. LaStarza will recommend an individualized treatment program. If needed, he will consult with or refer you to other medical specialists.
