Rock Tape Therapy
Rock Taping is a technique that is used to reduce muscle pain and inflammation, as well as relax, activate and support muscles. Taping is typically used in the acute stages, when a client is experienced inflamed or tight muscles. This technique can also be an effective way to maintain muscle tone and flexibility. For this reason, it is a popular service with professional athletes and runners. We are happy to offer taping for our athletes.
Myofacsial Trigger Point Therapy
This can be performed by manually manipulating these myofascial tissues. Myofascial trigger points cause pain and inflammation that result from chronic muscle tension and restrictive adhesions that reduce proper muscle function and circulation.
The aim of trigger point therapy is to alleviate the pain cycle by breaking up adhesions in the myofascial network and stretching muscles to restore them to their original length.
Adjunctive Therapies for Pain Relief
Uses ultrasound, electric muscle stimulation (EMS), moist heat, cold packs, and TENS.
